About

Built by someone who does this work.

Stetmark was founded by a district safety manager who runs food safety programs at major sports and entertainment venues, with a background in military service and 14 years of professional compliance inspection.

The premise is simple. The people best placed to catch bad food safety guidance are the professionals who run into it on the job, and until now nobody has paid them for it. Stetmark verifies their credentials, peer-reviews their findings, ties every one to a code section, and pays for the work.

Stetmark's founder, Rayon King, also owns Safe Foods Support Inc., a food safety consulting firm. Stetmark never reviews or audits work prepared by Safe Foods Support, or businesses it advises, without disclosing that relationship and declining or referring the engagement.

How we keep it honest

Two reviewers, blind

No contributor reviews their own work, a colleague's from the same employer, or a record they previously scored.

Citations are checked

Every section and edition is verified against a reference table before review. A fabricated citation ends the account.

Jurisdiction is never assumed

The model code is not the law until a state adopts it. Every record states the edition and the adoption.

We never publish a client's failures

Findings belong to the client who commissioned them. Public corrections come only from public material.

Public interest commitment. Ten percent of revenue funds corrections to public agency guidance. Those are published free, the experts are paid at standard rates, and we never use them as the opening move of a sales conversation.
