For credentialed professionals
Get paid for the corrections you already make.
You catch bad food safety guidance every week, whether it's in an AI answer, a vendor's handbook, or a procedure that's technically compliant and impossible on a sold-out night. Stetmark pays you for reporting it. We're recruiting our founding group of contributors now.
How it works
- Verify your credentialCP-FS or REHS/RS qualifies you to contribute and review. A Certified Food Protection Manager certificate qualifies you to contribute operational findings. We check every credential with the issuing body.
- Report what you foundThe question, the correct answer in your own words, and the citation. About three minutes. No screenshots, no transcripts.
- Two peers review itBlind, scored on accuracy, citation, significance, jurisdiction, and — for operational findings — whether it would actually work.
- Get paid monthlyOn acceptance, whether or not we sold anything that month.
What earns what
| Finding | Points | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Safety or code-critical error | 150 | Unsafe cooling times for cooked food |
| Factual error | 50 | Wrong sanitizer concentration |
| Compliant but impractical | 50 | Shallow-pan cooling for 40 gallons with one walk-in |
| Incomplete guidance | 10 | A missing step in a cleaning procedure |
| First to report it | +25 | No accepted record covers it yet |
| Licensed by a client | ×2 | Points double when the record is used |
Points convert at $0.25 each, and the rate is held for a full quarter, so earnings are predictable. A code-critical finding pays $37.50, or $75 when a client licenses it. Reviewers earn 10 points per completed review.
Payouts are monthly for accepted findings. During our founding phase, earnings are capped at 2,000 points ($500) per contributor per month. Contributors sign a contributor agreement and are paid as independent contractors (W-9 required). Founding contributors who reach Reviewer status share in revenue from packages that include their work.
Compliant and still wrong counts
Anyone with the code can catch a wrong temperature. Only someone who has run the operation knows a procedure is legal and will fail at 400 covers an hour with two cooks. Those findings have their own category, their own review standard, and the same pay.
Refer work, earn on it
If you introduce us to an employer, a former employer, a client, or an association that goes on to commission paid work, you receive 10% of the first year's revenue, in cash, paid as we collect. It is separate from points and tracked from the first introduction, so there is never a question about who brought whom. The ask is small — an introduction, not a sale.
Conflict rule, written into the agreement: you may not review findings for an organisation that employs you or that you referred, and a referral involving your own employer has to be disclosed. The same rule applies to the founder.
