What we collect, and what we don’t.

Stetmark runs without tracking. A form and a sign-in are the only ways personal information reaches us, and both exist because the work needs them. This page states what is kept, why, who can see it, and how to have it changed or removed.

What we don’t collect

No tracking

No advertising scripts, no analytics, no social media pixels, no cookies used to follow you across other sites. The only thing stored in your browser is your sign-in session.

No card details

Card numbers are entered on the payment provider’s own page and never reach this site or our database. We keep what was paid, when, and for what.

No buying or selling

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell, rent, or hand over personal information for advertising. There is no advertising on this site.

No public roster

Reviewer names, credentials, and referral records stay private. Nothing about a client’s engagement or a reviewer’s identity is published on the site.

Who can see it

Submissions, the roster, and engagement records sit behind a signed-in owner account and are not linked from the public site. A credentialed reviewer sees the material in front of them on an assignment they were given, and nothing else. Where the process calls for a blind review, the reviewer is not shown who submitted the finding.

Outside of us and the assigned reviewer, information passes only to the services that run the site:

How long we keep it

RecordKept for
Enquiries we never answeredWhile they remain in the pipeline. Ask and it is deleted.
Expert applicationsWhile the person is on the roster. After removal, only what is needed to pay for work already done.
Referral recordsWhile a fee is owed or was ever paid, for as long as tax records must be held.
Client work product and documentsFor the engagement and the period stated in the engagement agreement.
Sign-in detailsUntil you ask us to close the account.

Your choices

Write to hello@stetmark.ai and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If a record has to stay for a payment, tax, or contract obligation we will say which one and for how long, and delete the rest. You can withdraw an application at any time; a credential you no longer hold is paused rather than kept as a claim.

On credentials specifically. A reviewer’s credential type, number, and issuing body are recorded because the credential is the reason the work is worth anything, and we check it with the issuing body rather than taking it on trust. It is stored privately and is never published. If you do not want your details held that way, do not apply — reading the library needs nothing from you.

Security

Access to submissions, the roster, and engagement records requires a signed-in owner account, and the private areas are not linked from the public site. Client documents are stored privately and shared only with the reviewer assigned to that engagement. No method of storing information is a guarantee, so we keep what we need and nothing more.

Children

The site is written for businesses and credentialed professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
