For operators, vendors, and the parties who carry the risk
Find out what your guidance gets wrong.
Every finding is cited to a code section, scoped to the jurisdiction and edition in force, and delivered with corrected language you can paste. We currently cover Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, plus the FDA model code.
Ways to work with us
Post-audit remediation
An inspector or third-party auditor wrote you up for procedures or posted information. We deliver corrected documents cited to the section behind each finding, ready before re-inspection. Priority turnaround. From $750 per finding batch.
AI assistant accuracy audit
If your platform answers food safety questions, we score it against a verified question set and report every failure with a citation and a correction. From $2,500.
Also available
Spot checks of a single document (up to 25 pages, 2–3 days, from $1,500), full library audits, and quarterly monitoring. Larger engagements are quoted after a short call about volume and jurisdictions. Need a variance request, HACCP plan, or SOP prepared and signed? See document preparation. We also teach ServSafe® classes and proctor exams.
We're taking a limited number of pilot engagements this year. Pilot clients get priority turnaround and direct access to the founder.
Who this is for
| You are | What usually triggers the call | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| Software vendors — HACCP logging, inspection, EHS and compliance apps | An AI assistant shipped and nobody on staff holds the credential to check its answers | Assistant audit, then knowledge layer |
| Multi-unit operators — grocery, contract food service, restaurant groups | Staff are acting on AI answers, and one national SOP covers many states | Library audit, then monitoring |
| Any operator under an inspection or audit finding | The inspector cited procedures or posted information that must be corrected, and re-inspection has a date | Post-audit remediation |
| Auditors and certification bodies | You sell trust; a wrong answer in your own material is existential | Spot check, then monitoring |
| Training and courseware publishers | Material has to match the edition currently in force | Library audit |
| Trade associations | Member-facing guidance carries your name | Spot check |
Also for AI assistants
If you have deployed an assistant that answers food safety questions — your own, or a vendor's inside your platform — we score it against a verified question set and report every failure with a citation. Then we deliver a corrected knowledge layer and re-test quarterly so you can show it stayed fixed.
What a report contains
Every finding, structured
The claim as published and where it appears, what the code requires, the citation with edition and jurisdiction, severity, and replacement language.
Compliance and practice, separated
Operational findings are labelled advisory and never presented as compliance failures. Being told you are out of compliance when you are not is worse than no report at all.
Commissioned across a portfolio
Insurers, franchisors, and lenders commission the same audit across a book of businesses. Every business is reviewed by a credentialed reviewer against one rubric, so a finding in one report means the same thing as a finding in the next. See how portfolio programs work.
